The package is made as soon as the order arrives.

Usually this means that the courier will pick up your package the day after you made the purchase, if the order arrived before 2 PM

RETURN POLICIES

 

Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days from receipt of the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or store credit.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Order Number

- Item Name

- Photos of defected item

The return costs must be covered by the buyer, and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transport, so we recommend using a tracked shipping method

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If indicated as brand new with tags, must also be with the original tags and original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

you can choose whether to be refunded to the payment method with which you paid for the order, or if you want you can receive a gift card with the amount of the order

If you don't find the item or product that you want you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If you want a refund, once the returned item is received, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

If you want a store credit, once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you immediately.
