Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days from receipt of the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or store credit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The return costs must be covered by the buyer, and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss during transport, so we recommend using a tracked shipping method
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. If indicated as brand new with tags, must also be with the original tags and original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you don't find the item or product that you want you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If you want a refund, once the returned item is received, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.
If you want a store credit, once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you immediately.
